Jambalaya

1/2 lb smoked sausage
1/2 lb ground sausage
1/2-1 lb chicken
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 cups white rice
1 1/2 Tbsp dried parsley flakes
1 1/2 Tbsp dried beef bullion granules
3/4 tsp dried thyme leaves
3/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 to 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
3 bay leaves

Brown all meat in large pot. Drain grease. Add vegetables and cook a few minutes until they become translucent. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer about 25 minutes or until rice is tender.
